Spell casting effects – your input?
I have a question regarding a ’spell’ that someone may cast, and its effects.
If you recall, LeVay stated that you should not care what happens to the subject of a spell (destructive) should anything happen. In this case, the subject is a repeat offender, both intentionally and accidentally, whenever someone upsets them. A short list of things follow:
A girl verbally abused and humiliated the person, who got ‘upset’ with her. That night, the girl and three of her friends (another girl and two boys) were killed when a truck plowed into them. She was decapitated and mutilated beyond recognition.
The person was fired from a company for not doing something they were accused of. Within a year, the boss’s son was arrested for drugs, in the parking lot, had his new Porsche dismantled in the packing lot, and the store was forced into bankruptcy.
A bi-sexual college instructor, who loved to toy and insult students, upset the person in class, and made several unethical comments about them. Within the year, he was dead from a ‘rare blood’ disease.
A priest who was speaking with the person believed rumors about the person and did not want to speak with them again. Within a year, he was dead from a sudden heart-attack.
Then, today, the person found out that another business, this time a national chain, was forced to sell out within a year after upsetting this person over the treatment of one of its employees, and would not rectify the situation.
This is only a small list of ‘accidents’ that sound odd in relation to this person. Also, under stress, this person has made statements that became 100% fact within a few months of being spoken, on actions that others would take or not take, and how people would react.
Now, what are your thoughts on this? Coincidence, bad luck, or what? Is it possible that this peron is a natural spell-caster? Very well loved by G-d? In my time, I have seen some things happen that can be explained, but this has me a little confused. What’s your view?
Thanks for the input so far.
Some of the info in your answers is corect. It is a male, who was picked on in school, and so on, but the ‘evil’ or ‘psychopathic’ parts are debatable.
In at least one of the events, the person who ‘offended’ him also targets a lot of other for abuse, because I knew he also. He would target anyone he liked, claim to be a god, and so on. If nothing else, he was sadistic, especialy toward gays and the religious (any).
My LeVay comment wasn’t finished. This man is actually upset over the incidents, his fault or not. He is deeply religious and hates violence.
Finally, his faith has a history of events like this. One of the men in the past commented about Evil befalling his false accusers, and that G-d would judge them. They too died, within a year if I recall correctly.
I tend to agree, simple accidents, but then it seems a lot of people have bad luck.
LeVay’s info is mine. I don’t think the ’subject’ has ever read it, as it isn’t part of his faith. If he has read it, he wouldn’t practice it, as it is destructive magic, and not what he was taught.
The male who died could have gotten the illness by some method, but it wasn’t sexually transmitted, like HIV/AIDS. One day he was fine, went to the doctor for a check up, then got sick and they found it when it was taken to the hospital. No traces one day, full blown sickness the next type of thing. He was under full treatment, given good prognosis, and gone less than a month later. In my limited medical experience, very strange. There should have been SOME form of trace of the illness before it showed up as a full blown fatal ill.
Except for the you must forward this to ten other people being missing, it sounds like a chain letter.
Most people who believe in spells believe in the three fold rule that whatever you do to others will come back to you threefold so spellcasting should be done prudently not for concern about what will happen to the target but concern for what will happen to the spellcaster.
There are protection spells that supposed to reflect malice aimed at the recipient back at those who intended the malice. They’re supposed to cause things such as what you’ve described.
You know the kind of person who was picked on incessantly in school? You know the kind of person with deep seated anger issues, who sulks silently in a corner wallowing in his miserable existence and hating everyone? Yeah… that unstable emotional energy, coupled with extreme intelligence, mixed with perhaps some kind of narcissistic personality disorder or psychopathy, and give them one little dark occult book? VERY dangerous. LaVey’s work in the hands of a balanced person isn’t all that dangerous, kinda hokey, kinda dark, controversial, but not dangerous. LaVey’s book in the hands of a psychopath… freakin scary.
Magic comes from emotions.. the stronger the emotions, the more effective the results. If a person like this exists, he/she (probably male) likely has the attention of several other occultists and will be a target. Sorry, but any occultist in a 20 mile radius can probably feel the energy disturbance, and anyone else will know about it by hearsay. They will not confront him directly, but they will take him down. They don’t even have to be Satanists to do it. They could be light workers, Pagans, spiritualists, Christian mystics, Ceremonial Magicians, just about anyone would find someone like this to be a cancerous pollutant… They will first try binding, and if that doesn’t work, they will turn his work back on him and he will eventually destroy himself. It doesn’t matter how much power this person has because of his instability. A collective Will and the need to protect is far more powerful than the pettiness of such an individual.
wow.you put me in a hard spot.My religious beliefs came about because of unexplained to this day occurrences.psychic ability or a sixth sense i never understood or believed in.
My idea is this everything can be called unexplainable when it cannot be proved it happened.
or no one else saw it.there are unlimited numbers of unexplained occurrence,
To say it doesn,t exist is not having an open mind.Yes,it is possible.
and that to me is a shame that others use power for evil.
They could be coincidence (I’m leaning towards that, for perhaps most of them). While it takes strong intent and concentration to will anything into manifestation, someone would have to have a LOT of focus and a LOT of concentration to cause someone to get into a vehicle accident so bad, a person was decapitated and mutilated beyond recognition.
There are numerous logical conclusions for all of these situations, and it just so happened, that they happened within a short period of time from encountering this "person". Accidents happen every hour of every day, probably half of those include death; businesses go bankrupt all the time as well, it has nothing to do with one employee; the professor with the blood disease could have picked it up during a sexual encounter (this one I HIGHLY doubt had anything to do with the person in question)
The ill intention of the person and any spells they did COULD have helped along these situations, but I don’t think all of these "accidents" were caused by this person’s spells alone.
Oh, and to clarify, LeVayan’s don’t follow any "an it harm none, do as thou will" rules or "Rules of Three"…spell workers or not.
