im a small company been in business 3 years in franklin indiana i have a advertising company that is filing chapter 11 on me. is there something i can file so we can at least try to get some of are money back.

    Need to show the bankruptcy court any documents concerning your accounts receivables from that company, may get some of that back, depending on how many assets they have.

    Generally not. If they have it as a secured loan, like real estate you might get some. Other than that, no you will get nothing.

    Been there done it several times.
