While expanding his micro-chip business, billionaire Dr. TJ Rodgers was asked if he wanted solar panels on the roofs of his new facilities and answered: "If it makes money, do it. If not, don’t."

The seller demonstrated that it did so the billionaire, keeping an open mind, went for it and has had no regrets. He even bought the outfit that made the panels (rescuing them from bankruptcy) and is making tons of cash.

But don’t take it from me, now. Let the guy speak for himself. He’s real. Not an actor or a ghost.

I realize it’s a long video. But when you get a chance, watch as much of it as you can. It’ll make you wonder how alternative fuels ever became a liberal vs conservative issue.

MANY more conservatives than liberals have lived close to the earth all their lives. We hunt and fish and farm the land. We’re ‘old school’ conservationists.

Don’t kill it if you don’t intend to eat it.

Don’t take more than you need and don’t be wasteful.

Respect the land and try to leave it as you found it (within reason) for the next generation to enjoy. Clean up after yourself. These are just a few of the rules we voluntarily live by and pass on to our children.

We don’t need city dwellers preaching to us. We love the outdoors with a passion. Where we draw the line is, we don’t put the life of a tree over human life like many of the psycho power hungry EnviroNatzis.

Gore and company with their cap n trade and global warming scams have made this political. They don’t know when to stop and they are bullies! And greedy to boot! They need to back off!

They have poisoned the water on this subject. I put the blame squarely on their hypocritical shoulders!

Here’s a little known fact. What’s the best way to ensure the survival of a species? Turn it’s management over to Hunters. That’s right. The population of Deer, Elk, Antelope, and many other species have doubled or tripled thanks to proper management and responsible thinning of the herds (by hunters) when necessary.

I could go on but you get the point.

Because they threw in cap and trade as a wedge issue.

Henry Ford designed the Model T to run on hemp ethanol, but the oil company lobbyests got themselves subsidies and hemp couldn’t compete.

Not many people consider Henry Ford to have been a liberal.
